What is the maximum number of travelers ?

For legal reasons the maximum number of travelers authorized to stay is two. Any excess number of travelers or unauthorized travelers may be subject to prosecution and immediate evacuation of the premises by the Spanish security forces.

What happens if I decide to cancel my stay?

You will be automatically notified with a confirmation message according to our cancellation policy just bellow :

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in date.

• Fees of 25% of the stay will be applied 7 days before the check in date and a 100% fee will be applied starting the 7th day before the check-in date.

How does the reservation work?

Reservation is very simple, book directly on our site using our booking engine.

Select your check-in and check-out dates then confirm your reservation by paying the requested amount. Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive a notification by email and text message.

You can also mail us directly or contact us by whats app widget at the right corner. We will take care of your reservation.

What does the proposed price contain?

The price of your stay is all-inclusive.

Are children and animals allowed?

I had an unexpected event and my check-in will be at night, what can I do?

The pearl of el pinacho is able to welcome you 24 hours a day, even in the middle of the night. No fees will be charged. It is important to consult the check-in and check-out times in the link below. Depending on availability, we offer schedule flexibility at no additional cost.

I would like to book a long stay of more than 28 nights, what should I do?

It is entirely possible to book a stay of more than 28 days. A rental contract will be established with an advantageous fixed price. Contact us to find out more.

Are there any rules to follow during your stay?

Your place of stay is located in a quiet and clean residence. See the house rules below. Any non-compliance with the rules of stay may result in a request to the Spanish police forces and the immediate expulsion of the occupants in the event of non-compliance with the rules.

I am a person with reduced mobility, is access easy?

The studio is located on the ground floor and is very easy to access. You also have an elevator to access the rooftop community pool.

When is the swimming pool open?

The swimming pool is open seasonally from May to September inclusive. Opening hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
